On March 18th, The California Hazara Community came together to honor Abdul Ali Mazari’s legacy and remember his life. As we remembered Baba Mazari on this important anniversary, we were reminded of his unwavering commitment to justice and equality. We reflected on his vision for a better world, one where every person is valued and respected regardless of their background or beliefs. The commemoration of Baba Mazari's 28th martyr anniversary was a time for us to come together as a community, to support each other, and to honor the legacy of a great leader. It was a time to reaffirm our commitment to the values that he held dear, and to continue working towards a more just and equitable world. The event was a beautiful and emotional gathering, filled with speeches, poems, and prayers. We heard from a number of speakers who shared their memories of Baba Mazari and spoke about the impact he had on their lives. We were reminded his love for our Hazara people, and his vision for a better world. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the organizers of the event, who poured their hearts and souls into creating a beautiful and meaningful tribute to Baba Mazari. Their hard work and dedication made the event possible, and we are grateful for everything they did. We also want to thank all of the speakers who shared their voices and their stories with us.
